You are quite creative aren’t you?

Dave:
Yes, we are.  But I think for most people listening, I think the best way of financing their deal, a below market value deal in a way which is, of course, scalable would be the closed bridging finance (www.property-finance.com).  That’s what’s going to work. That’s the way for you to pull the money out.  Then you’ve got people like me who kind of find other ways around even that.  So, you’ve got to find the lenders that will enable you to pull out your 85 or 90% on day one. 

We all know who they are.  It’s just a matter of working with people like yourself who provide those close bridging opportunities or maybe picking up some of the tips that I can give on the forum and making them happen really.

Parmdeep:
Good.  I think you’re absolutely right.  It’s all about figuring out the tools…it’s like having your own toolset, isn’t it?  It’s just knowing which tools you need in your toolbox and off you go.

Dave:
Absolutely.

Parmdeep:
Very good.  Well, it’s been fascinating talking to you.  Is there anything else you want to finish up with?  Final gems of wisdom?

Dave:
Like you say, just get on those forums (www.tycoons-forum.com) get out
there and network.  I’m always on the end of the phone.  I know you are.  I know we’re busier men than we were but if you just get up in the morning, if there’s one thing, just get the leads coming in and use the network to help you convert those leads.  Once you’ve got somebody that says yes, then there are people out there that can help you turn that into cash and away you go.  Repeat 10 times, repeat 100 times and you’re on your way to riches.
