As part of my commitment to helping other property investors find and buy bargain properties using little or none of their own money, I regularly speak at the Property Investor and Homebuyer shows held at Excel in London. These are the largest and most popular property shows in the UK with attendance figures of between 10,000—15,000 people!

This year I spoke to 1,000 attendees over three days. My talk titles were:
